The agreement governing your use of Obidax.

Effective August 2026. These Terms govern every school, staff member, student, and parent using Obidax. Please read them before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a school account, accessing, or using Obidax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a school, you represent that you have the authority to bind that school to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Obidax.

2. Description of Service

Obidax is a school management platform operated by Fexify, providing tools for academic record-keeping, conduct logging, fee tracking, career guidance, and related administrative functions for secondary and high schools. Obidax is provided as a hosted, subscription-based service accessible through a web browser.

3. Account Registration

A school's Principal registers the school's account and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and throughout the school's use of Obidax. The Principal, and any staff granted account-creation permissions, are responsible for creating and managing staff, student, and parent accounts within the school.

Schools are responsible for obtaining any consent required from parents or legal guardians for the processing of their children's data on Obidax, consistent with applicable law and the school's own policies. Fexify relies on each school to have obtained such consent before entering a student's information into the platform.

Each person with an account is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activity that occurs under their account. Accounts should not be shared between individuals.

4. Acceptable Use

Obidax may be used only for legitimate school administration purposes. You agree not to:

Use Obidax to store or process information you are not authorized to hold.
Attempt to access data belonging to a school, student, or parent you are not authorized to access.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
Use Obidax to violate any applicable law, including data protection law.

Fexify reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any account used in violation of these Terms.

5. Fees

Obidax's fees are negotiated individually with each school, on either a per-student or flat-rate basis, and are communicated directly by Fexify to the school. Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in the agreement between Fexify and the school and are not published on this site, as they vary by school size and requirements.

6. Data Ownership

All academic, conduct, fee, and other records a school enters into Obidax belong to that school. Fexify processes this data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and claims no ownership over any school's data.

7. Fexify's Intellectual Property

The Obidax platform itself — its software, design, features, and underlying technology — is the intellectual property of Fexify. These Terms grant each school a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Obidax for its own school administration, for as long as the school's account remains active. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform, its source code, or its branding to any school or user.

8. Service Availability

Fexify works to keep Obidax reliably available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Obidax may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside Fexify's reasonable control. Fexify is not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

9. Termination and Data Export

A school may close its Obidax account at any time by contacting info@obidax.com. Upon termination, Fexify will make the school's data available for export in a structured format for a reasonable period, after which the data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Fexify may suspend or terminate a school's account for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment of agreed fees, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Cameroon, Fexify's liability arising from a school's use of Obidax is limited to the fees paid by that school in the twelve months preceding the claim. Fexify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Obidax will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cameroon.

12. Changes to These Terms

Fexify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Obidax after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to schools directly.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
