Refund Policy

When and how Obidax payments are refunded.

Effective October 2026. This policy explains when a payment made to Obidax is refunded, and how to ask for a refund.

1. Teacher Notes subscriptions

Teachers pay for Notes per class and subject. Each payment unlocks that class and subject until the yearly reset date set for your country.

Full refund: if you ask within 7 days of the payment and no notes have yet been generated for that class and subject.
No refund: once any note has been generated for that class and subject, because the digital content has already been delivered.
End of access: access ends at the yearly reset date, as stated in the Notes terms.

The free trial exists so that you can test Notes before you pay.

If you were charged twice, or a payment was taken but access was not granted, the payment is always refunded in full.

Refunds of a school’s Obidax subscription are handled according to that school’s agreement with Fexify. See also our Terms of Service.

Approved refunds are paid back by the same method you used to pay (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money or card) within 14 days of approval.
